How to make a print
What you need
for printing:
- a milk carton
- scissors
- ballpoint
- felt pens
- paper
- sponge
1.
Cut a rectangle out of the milk carton and draw whatever you want on it using a ballpoint.
Tip: press down really hard!
2.
Colour the whole thing with felt pens. Be careful not to touch the milk carton with your hand.
3.
Lightly moisten a sheet of paper with a sponge.
4.
Place the moistened paper on the piece of milk carton with your drawing.
Press firmly – your print is ready!
5.
The great thing about prints is that you can print your drawing as often as you like, in different colours, too – just like the artists in the exhibition.
Tip
If you want to print a word or your name, you must write it in mirror-image.
